A Couple of Announcements

Here are a couple of announcements for the the Adobe User Group of Atlanta:

  1. The schedule for 2007 is getting filled as we speak. Meetings will be held at the new offices of Roundbox Global, starting in February. The first few meeting dates will be:
    • Thursday, February 22, 2007
    • Thursday, March 22, 2007
    • Thursday, April 26, 2007
  2. There is a new group starting for people concerned about experience design (XD) hosted by Michael Hagel and also meeting at Roundbox Global.
  3. We are also starting a new group called the Adobe Flash Platform Users Group. The focus of the group will be Flash, Flex, Apollo and Flash Lite. We'll get everyone involved as soon as possible. Let us know if there are any topics that you would like to have covered.
  4. I've heard that some people from the Atlanta Coldfusion User Group are very interested in starting a Flex User Group in Atlanta. As soon as I have that information, I'll let everyone know. It's a group that I am personally interested in and will be eagerly attending.

New Site, New Products, New Attitude

Greetings to you all! And thanks ever so much for your patience with our conversion from a Macromedia User Group to an Adobe User Group.

With the new site up, we will continue to add new items to it so keep an eye out.

And, as always, work on the site is only one way we are trying to keep you informed about our meetings.

And speaking of meetings... we have one coming up in two weeks (Thursday, June 22), so keep a look out for announcements going out soon (and details going up here).
